Highly recommend the all-in roast, which comes with huge Yorkshire Puddings, lots of vegetables including roast potatoes (nearly as good as mine 😉), melt in the mouth beef, lamb, and pork, and a beautifully rich gravy. Save room for their bread and butter pudding - perfect comfort food. Our 6th visit to Blacklock Manchester after many years frequenting the Soho branch in London. Very pleased to have Blacklock in Manchester and wishing you all the best for 2025. Highly recommend!More infoBlacklock ManchesterPrice: Expensive• Steak• Manchester•4.8

- IIanManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoI recently enjoyed a delightful lunchtime meal with friends at The Nags Head, and it was an experience worth sharing. The pub exudes a warm and cosy charm, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed get-together. The menu was full of tempting options, but we opted for the rarebit and a hearty pie for our mains. Both dishes were absolutely delicious—comfort food at its finest. The Welsh rarebit was rich, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned, while the pie was a masterpiece, with a golden, flaky crust and a filling that was both flavorful and satisfying. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of this lovely pub. It’s clear that great care goes into both the food and the overall experience. If you’re looking for a cosy spot with excellent food and a great ambiance, I highly recommend The Nags Head. I’ll certainly be back!More infoThe Nags HeadPrice: Expensive• Pub• Beeston•4.5

- OTOpenTable DinerYorkshire •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 23, 2024Incredible dinner at The Ivy Asia. Opted for the pre-theatre set menu for £40. Came with 4 courses each and we also chose two extras off the main menu. All of the food was amazing, generous portions and definitely worth the menu. The staff were all superb and so attentive, didn’t catch the main of our waitress but she was outstanding. The tables are quite close together and the music fairly loud so it was definitely noisy and hard to hear each other as we could hear the next tables conversations so bare that in mind. But the atmosphere was lovely otherwise. First time at The Ivy Asia and will definitely be returning.More infoThe Ivy Asia, SpinningfieldsPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Asian• Manchester•4.8
