- RRobertoNew York City •11 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHad dinner with friends at Naxos today. Food was delicious! We all enjoyed our dinner very much. The whole Black Sea Bass dish was one of the best we’ve tasted. The Grilled Shrimp Kyklades (ladolemono, baked eggplant, tomato and feta) was so, so good! Seaside Halibut (gigantes, avocado, and kapia pepper salad, lemon-dill vinaigrette) was excellent; as was the scallops dish. Will definitely return. On our next visit, we’ll ask to be seated farther away from the bar area, which has a fantastic vibe, but for this particular dinner, we would have liked a quieter section of the restaurant as we had some catching up to do and it was a bit loud to have a conversation. Restaurant has a Beautiful ambience. The owner is very gracious. She came up to us to ask if we had enjoyed our dinner, and even took some pictures of us by the Naxos sign. Looking forward to our next dinner here!More infoNaxos EstiatorioPrice: Expensive• Greek• Little Falls•4.7
- AAmandaLas Vegas •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoReally nice restaurant, love the decor and overall atmosphere. All servers were absolutely lovely and attentive. They brought a complimentary little cheese and olive plate- with the most delicious marinated eggplant. We started with the Candian bacon which was delicious. I ordered the Land and Sea and a side of frizzled cauliflower. I have seen that other people didn't find the Land and Sea portion to be large enough, but I was quite satisfied and had to bring some of my filet home. It comes over a small bed of deliciously sautéed spinach, mashed potatoes and some zucchini. This was enough that I definitely didn't have to order an accompaniment, but the frizzled cauliflower is yummy and I have more of it to eat today :) My husband had the ribeye which he enjoyed and was a generous size (he also brought some home). He ordered a side of mashed potatoes which was was a good portion of two scoops. Too stuffed for dessert! I do recommend this restaurant and while steakhouses are always pricey, this is definitely more reasonable than any NYC steak restaurant. We will be back!More infoWoodcroft Steakhouse & SeafoodPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Nutley•4.6
