We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet.     We had a wonderful dinner at Dragonfly and were able to take advantage of the happy hour menu. The sake blossom cocktail was wonderful. Highly recommend the cod fish, spicy roll, sushi tacos, crispy shrimp and gyoza.

    We were accommodated private seating on the busiest day of the year. The service was phenomenal. Special thanks to Savannah for working with me on the reservation.     Had a wonderful meal and overall experience. We weren’t sure what to expect with the limited menu but Primo did not disappoint! The bread service, appetizers and entrees were all excellent. I enjoyed the octopus starter and the pork saltimbocca, my wife had the brodo and gemelli with mushrooms & chicken- all were fabulous- definitely order the bread service too! Gio and Allie our servers were attentive and professional- Gio made some great wine pairing suggestions! Great food, service and overall experience!
