Best Restaurants for Foodies in Texas Station Hotel & Casino

we went in for a quick dinner, my wife had the beet salad and it was outstanding, then she had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup for a main course, we have had the soup previously and it did not disappoint in any manner!!! i had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup as well and the Smoked Salmon Tartare,. the Tartare was a disappointment for sure, the salmon was diced very coarsely (big chunks) and many pieces had gristle in them, will not order that dish again. In addition, the "rice chips" were bland and mostly hard to swallow and did not pair well with salmon at all. As always, the service was splendid and friendly like always.

HAD THE CRAB LEGS. ORDERED THEM WITH GARLIC BUTTER. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT BEING CHRISTMAS, IT WAS WORTH IT. MY HUSBAND HAD THE GRASS FED FILET MIGNON STEAK. IT WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. WE ORDERED 1 BAKED POTATOE, WHICH WAS SO BIG, GLAD WE SHARED IT. ALSO, SHARED THE CHOPPED STEAK SALAD. IT WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. I WISH THE LOBSTER WAS WILD AND THE SHRIMP. WE WON'T BUY ANY FARM RAISED FISH. THAT IS THE ONLY NEGATIVE. THEY NEED TO BUY WILD FISH, SINCE TOO MUCH JUNK IS IN FARM RAISED FISH

Reservation was for Christmas Eve and it was very delightful. They presented a smaller menu but enough variety to easily make choices. We shared their charcuterie board which was excellent. I asked for a particular wine which they didn’t have, but the server was knowledgeable and suggested an equal substitute. For main entree, I had Dover Sole. Nice presentation and although a little lemony, it was still delicious. This is a beautiful restaurant, especially during the day when you can enjoy the view of the lake. Highly recommend!

Had a very nice dinner. 6:15 pm reservation. Arrived about 10 minutes early and my party of three was seated right away. We had beef carpaccio as our appetizer, a wedge salad, and for our main courses we had short ribs and two filet mignons with grilled asparagus and sautéed mushrooms as our sides. Everything was cooked to perfection and was tasty. The wait staff was attentive and friendly and the prices were reasonable for a local steakhouse.

We were so excited to visit Hell's Kitchen, and it did not disappoint! The location is spectacular and the restaurant was pristine. Our view was the incredible fountains of Caesars Palace. Such a fun, exciting dining experience. John was our server and he went above and beyond! I have a very dangerous allergy to milk protein and he asked us right away if we had any food allergies he should know about. He let me know that there was dairy in 2 of the items we were ordering. (they were for my teen) I thought that was so special. Food allergies are so embarrassing, I really appreciated the care John took! His server assistant was professional, and friendly. The restaurant was packed and you would never have known that by the way our table was taken care of. Well done. We're Vegas locals, so we're fortunate to have a lot of great dining choices. This was one of the best meals we've ever had. Highly recommend Hell's Kitchen. You made our Christmas Eve very special and memorable. Thank you.
