“A Perfect Dining Experience at Hell’s Kitchen” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we walked into Hell’s Kitchen, it was clear this would be a night to remember. The atmosphere perfectly captured the energy of the show—modern, vibrant, and exciting. We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. Hell’s Kitchen exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

It was over the top! The ambiance, service & food quality exceeded our expectations. Our severs were attentive, professional & attentive. The menu choices beautifully presented, fresh & delicious. We celebrated our 31st anniversary with a magical night!

My server Ike was amazing, and very attentive to me which was great because a person dining alone usually gets a lacker service. I've dined here on a couple occasions and normally get the Ribeye(5/5) but decided I wanted to try a couple things at the price of ordering a steak. The Crab artichoke dip was amazing, though a little cold, and for my main course I ordered Salmon(Med) but it came out more too well, and bland lacking any season, and it was like warm as well. The Old Fashioned was the best part of my meal needless to say. I'll return in March as I visit Vegas twice a year and will return, just know to stick to what's known- steak.

We celebrated my parents' 54th anniversary at Esther's, and it was an unforgettable evening! The food was outstanding, and our exceptional waiter, Ruben, made our special day truly memorable. We began with the Sourdough chef's selection of dips, and the capers and anchovies were a standout favorite. My daughters' appetizers, the mussels and Wagyu, were cooked to perfection. Our entrees were superb, but the fire-roasted Branzino fish was the true showstopper. The flavors and presentation were impeccable. Ruben's attentive and informative service added to the warm ambiance, making Esther's the perfect choice for our milestone celebration. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend Esther's for any special occasion or just a great dining experience!

The most impressive meal in Vegas!!! The food and service were 💯 The only thing that could make this better would have been a table side visit from Bobby Flay himself! We were able to select our red snapper directly with the fish monger and it was grilled to perfection!!! And whatever expresso martini you’ve had in the past … I’m just telling you to throw it straight in the trash, because Amalfi has THE ONLY real recipe - FAAAAACTS!!!
