- DDeniseVIPPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •7 reviews5.0Dined todayVery old-school feeling Italian restaurant...the food was generous with both traditional pastas and more modern options with chicken and fish. The service was impeccable. Our waiter, Jack, was always there when we needed him, attentive and so professional. Would definitely recommend and go back.More infoCastelli'sPrice: Expensive• Italian• Palm Desert•4.8

- JJamesVIPChicago / Illinois •18 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFour of us had a fantastic meal here consisting of a number of dishes including cold, hot and sushi. We had the always-terrific Miso Black Cod, the Rib-eye tacos and the Lamb chops, just to name a few. Probably the weakest dish was the Artichoke salad which seems to consist of micro-shaved raw artichoke that was mostly inedible due to the fibrous, chewy texture. Other than that, it was a great meal. IMO they should take that dish off the menuMore infoNobu Indian WellsPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Indian Wells•4.7
- LLaurenceVIPPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •33 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had 3 of us for dinner at Tia Carmen. The space is very nice with a lot of different materials and textures. Our server greeted us promptly and we took a look at the menu. She explains the concept of Chef Sosa's menu and suggested many things that she thought we might like to enjoy. Cocktails 2 of us had the 5 Citrus sprit which was light and refreshing. I had the Weihenstephan Hefeweiss beer which was tasty. Food wise we ordered the suggested Pan fritto , their version of bread and the romaine salad, both were delicious. next we had the Tuna crudo which is small but very flavorful with the spicy corn broth. next was the guisado ala Carmen which is this very flavorful stew like dish that had so many things going on. and the Market fish ala plancha which was also very tasty. All in all a very nice dinner. A very delicious dinner!More infoTía Carmen-Indian WellsPrice: Expensive• Southwest• Indian Wells•4.6
