Prices are off the charts, but food is always spot on.More infoNobu Downtown | RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Financial District•4.7

- DdanNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agowe've been a few times. every one has been outstanding! window tables have a spectacular view of the bridge & lower manhattan, with the east river ferries docking so close you could almost touch them. catch dom on piano if you can; he's been playing there for decades and with good reason. the best wait staff you'll find anywhere! stunning entrance plantings at the end of the cobblestone drive. oh yeah, the chow... last night, nantucket bay scallops for appetizer, sea bass for main course, "the bridge" for dessert, plus additional on-the-house items. all excellent. russian caviar for those with too much disposable income. don't forget: bring your home equity line of credit or similar. well worth it. go big or go home.More infoThe River CafePrice: Very Expensive• American• DUMBO•4.9
- VVincentNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had received a gift certificate to your lovely restaurant from a cherished relative who knows we are both foodies. We occasionally dine out in Manhattan but have been disappointed with overly precious and pretentious restaurants. We have to admit we were a bit skeptical because your establishment looked so on trend. Boy, were we surprised. Thanks to the supremely gracious wait staff and superb food we were chastened that we had any doubts. We are an older couple and were afraid we would be overlooked for trendier diners. Nothing could be further from the truth. Although the food and presentation were the stars of the show, kudos to our server Vanessa, who made our evening. She was the perfect balance of genuinely friendly and attentive but unobtrusive. It was like dining with friends. The other servers were delightful also. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a dinner out as much. This restaurant certainly has it all together. May you have many more years of success. We will be returning!More infoThe Musket RoomPrice: Very Expensive• American• NoLita•4.6
