Best Restaurants for Foodies in Mission Beach

Our dinners were superb 5 people, 5 different main courses, all excellent. Sommelier suggested a Pinot Noir wine which was probably the best I’ve ever drank. A wonderful, delicious and fun evening. Thank you!

The turkey was shredded and all dark meat instead of separate turkey leg, thigh or breast meat. The sides of dressing, potatoes were in small bowls with no gravy to add over it. Some of the vegetables were grilled to a black burnt look. But the salad was very interesting with many ingredients like hickory and goat cheese. But the hi-light of the meal was the large and very thick and delicious prime rib. All in all made for a pleasant thanksgiving evening with views of the La Jolla Shores.

Outstanding Thanksgiving meal. Great flavors and presentation and very tender Turkey. . Excellent service. We will continue to enjoy Eddie Vs thru the year and I imagine we will return again next Thanksgiving. Best regards Dyanne Routh.

The best experience in years. The entire hotel staff were smiles and welcoming. Our wait person Michael was a delight. We laughed together over the menu misspellings to our shared college restaurant work experience. Foodies talk about food and take pictures. Our ideal is being relaxed, good company that includes staff, and great food.

Love this restaurant! The service is outstanding, it is bright and cheerful inside and the food is great. We had four for lunch and all of our meals were prepared to perfection. I had the catch of the day sandwich which happened to be halibut. I chose the fries over the salad as my side and the fries were just as I like them, crispy of the outside and soft on the inside. My friends had fish and chips, oysters, caesar salad and baja fish tacos. I highly recommend this restaurant!
