Best Restaurants for Foodies in Kula

We had a wonderful dinner last night. Starting with cocktails that were excellent, crab cake appetizers and salads and main dishes were all great. Their Coconut curry was so good and big portions so I took the rest home for lunch. Everyone else had either Monchpng or Ahi and were all happy with what they ordered. The new general manager dropped by to introduce herself so that was a plus. We were too full for dessert but the offerings were great.

Star Noodle is still one of the best dining experiences on Maui. The new location is charming. The menu has some old favorites and some new stars. We loved the Miso Butterfish! Go have a rock on the porch or have a drink at the bar. It’s all feel-good aloha if that’s what you’re looking for.

The best Mai Tai on the island! Our evening was fantastic, from the amazing service provided by Domenic to the tasty appetizers (poke tacos and chicken wings) and to the mains (macadamia encrusted fish, fish sandwich and burger). This is a must try when on Maui. Thanks again to Domenic for the Spanish red wine recommendation, it was tasty. Cheers

Our waitress at our table was outstanding. Some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. We didn’t catch her name but if we had I’d send a note to the restaurant and manager to give kudos. The food had so much flavor and was also right on price point for the quality and atmosphere you send within among others enjoying the dining experience. Wonderful musician the night we went as well. Thank you for another nice experience.
