Best Restaurants for Foodies in Four Seasons Hotel

Service: Reservation at 6:00pm. Checked in at 5:45pm. Allowed in at 6:01pm. Receptionists were accommodating. Waiter provided a brief description of dishes when asked. Checked in often. Attentive and patient. Servers described in greater detail the dishes they bring to the table. Food: Miso soup had two thin tofu slices garnished with diced chives. Moderately hot. Sea bass with black bean sauce was homey. Topped with ginger slices and chives. Black bean sauce was great over rice. Black cod with miso was delicate and velvety. Miso glaze was mildly sweet and savory. Black cod melted with every bite. Shrimp with spicy garlic sauce was well-seasoned. Shrimp had a perfect bouncy texture. Cucumber salad with crab had a zesty vinaigrette. Pickled radish wrapped around the crab was a refreshing bite. Cleansed the palate. Vanilla Miso Tart was creamy and delightful. Bento Box: Dark chocolate lava cake had an accompaniment of a variety of berries. A perfect balance of bitter and sweet. Ambience: Warm lighting Moderate chatter R&B/pop music

Dining at the renowned Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen was, without a doubt, the best Christmas meal we’ve ever had. The flavors were an explosion in every bite, making it an unforgettable experience for my boys. I can confidently say no other Christmas meal will ever compare. The lobster risotto was absolutely delicious, the scallops were divine, and the gold beet salad was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. The beef Wellington left me speechless, while the salmon was cooked to perfection. And the grand finale? The sticky toffee pudding, it was simply to die for and outshines every dessert I’ve ever had. Shout out to Charlie, his service was impeccable. I’d return in a heartbeat to explore more of the menu and I hope Charles will be there.

For our first time my parents 25th anniversary was well spent here. The cutest hidden gem in Las Vegas. Shoutout to our server Cody for being so attentive and helpful during our selection process. We had so many dishes like the poke tacos, the famous dumplings, the lil French bites, the special for that night, the kale salad, bbq fries, and scallop bites. Plus we had the ring of fire and pearl cocktail. Everything was delicious and will definitely be coming back. From the hostesses to the server we were treated so well. Thank you for a great night!

The food was amazing, so so tasty. From the avocado tempura to the Peking duck, the sushi to the Lobster rice - everything was outstanding. Service was excellent and we were seated quickly.Loud music adds to a nightclubby atmosphere, but not too loud that you can’t easily have conversations. Highly recommend.

Great service from Mike and excellent, conscientious attention to our son's food allergy needs! Mike was friendly, efficient and great at making recommendations. We loved the fresh, vibrant salsas, guac and their chips (which were better than what we've had at most Mexican restaurants). I LOVED every bite of the seafood molcajete and would definitely order it again on a return visit. Everyone else enjoyed their entree selections. It's unfortunate that the taco and enchilada plates are served "a la carte" and are not accompanied by any side dishes (which makes them a pricey meal for a serving of 3 with nothing else). We shared two of the vegetable sides, the brussels sprouts (which were quite tasty) and the cauliflower (which were served a bit too al dente with a bland sauce and cubes of mealy tomatoes). We finished with the coconut flan for dessert which had a lovely texture and very subtle (almost "too subtle") coconut flavor. Border Grill is a great choice for fresh, well-prepared Mexican cuisine on the strip (especially for those with food allergies or dietary restrictions).
