A cracking little gem of a place that’s unlike anywhere else I’ve had pizza. It feels luxurious and decadent, abd the staff are brilliant. Welcoming, friendly and so personable. We’ll definitely be back.

Fabulous food and terrific service. Every course was delicious from starters through to desert. The garlic prawns were outstanding and the streaks and fish mains cooked to perfection. The level of service matched the food. First visit to the Edinburgh branch of The Spanish Butcher but won’t be the last.

Just spent a wonderful evening at Merchants. The food was 10/10, staff were excellent and ambience perfect for a pre Christmas meal. This was our first visit to Merchants and it definitely won’t be our last! Thank you for a lovely evening!
