The Aperture, the first full-scale restaurant project from Chef Jordan Anthony-Brown. Standing high above the city on the 10th floor of the City Club Apartments, at 309 Vine Street; resurrected from the history that has stood here before our time, Shires' Rooftop is inspired by the first amusement resort in this part of the country, Shires' Garden. Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history.     Max was fantastic! Service and courses were timed impeccably, and everything was delicious. We had a wonderful time bringing first-time guests with us to celebrate their birthdays. They were as wowed by the entire experience as we expected they would be. We are so excited each time we have the opportunity to bring out-of-town guests to dine at Sotto.

    I always enjoy Rusk. This time I had the baby kale salad with salmon and my friend was pleased with the burger. Great drinks, and chocolate flourless for dessert. My husband’s favorites are the Cajun fettuccini and the beef rib dish: both enormous! We will return soon.

    Everything there was great. The food, the staff and the atmosphere. We had been told by multiple people of how great the food was and ie did not disappoint. All of our questions were answered and we were able to taste a few wines before we decided on one. The portions were perfect and we all really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
