Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Totally awesome! Arancini Cacio e Pepe con Tartufi - OMG Pasta e Fagioli - wife said THE BEST EVER! Tortellini di Ricotta in Brodo - yum Osso Buco - really good! Pappardelle Mimmo - oh boy! Lobster Pomodoro - wife was beyond impressed! She bought Pomodoro sauce before we left! Passione Pistachio Dessert - super tasty Tiramisu Dessert … going back for the Bronzino, Lasagna alla Gino and so much more!! THANK YOU 🙏

Great experience having lunch with Gordon Ramsay in person. We chose the all you can drink package and had the prefix meal. The food was staggered well, nothing coming out too early or too late. Everything was hot and fresh and really enjoyed the shaved white truffles from Italy on the beef Wellington. I would not recommend the all you can drink package, however. The wine options were limited, and the Pinot Noir was not chilled to the appropriate temperature as is the case when ordering a bottle in the restaurant. Our server was not as attentive as we would have liked for all you can drink or for removing our plates. When Chef Ramsay arrived and came by our table, we had empty drink glasses and plates in front of us. With gratuity included in the package at 18%, we chose not to tip any further because we did not feel our server went above and beyond.

The dining experience was beyond our expectations m, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in all regards to the Golden Steers’ history and menu. We were greeted and treated like celebrities! The food in a scale of 1-10 was above any rating. One can feel the vibe and history of this excellent part of Las Vegas . We will dine there again.

Danny our server took an already amazing brunch to the next level. His level of service and care to our table did not go unnoticed. He is a true gem and because of him I will be coming back to the restaurant on my next trip!! All that aside the food is delicious, the eggs Benedict were phenomenal & the ambiance from beginning to end was top notch!
