- NNicoleNew York City •5 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoChop House is one of our family favorites and a must do when in the area. Food was wonderful, reservation was made and we were seated within 5 minutes of our time slot. Hostesses were very friendly, server was kind. We were given a dirty appetizer plate but it was swapped out when I brought it to our servers attention. Also, the women's bathroom was in need of attention. The only real issue I had was they would not accept a visa gift card for payment. Our server took the visa and came back to the table to tell us they did not accept it, which is strange because literally everywhere that accepts visa also accepts the gift card. We will be back. Food and fireplace seating area are always great.More infoThe Chop House - SeviervillePrice: Moderate• Steak• Sevierville•4.5
- DDr AngelaAsheville / Western North Carolina •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 16, 2024We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and notified the desk. It was no more than three minutes when they called my name. They sat us in a booth, which my husband prefers. That was a plus, and the waitress, Taylor, came quickly to get our drink orders and appetizers. When she returned, we had not decided on our main course, so she assured us that it was fine; she’d check back. As soon as we laid the menus down, she was back. The orders were placed; I ordered the crusted sea bass, asparagus; he ordered, the stuffed chicken and asparagus. Taylor asked if we wanted to place one instead of two since it was a family portion. We really appreciated that bit of information. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and very tasty. The asparagus was awesome! Portions are ample to eat. Hubby was able to bring some back to the room. The Pepsi product was fresh and did not water down while waiting for dinner or throughout.
