    Food was great as usual. Shared the pate, which was very good. Plenty of pate, grilled whole grain bread, variety of fruits, pickled red onion, pickled green onion slices(first time having this-it was slightly sweet & tasty), & jam. For my entree,I ordered my usual Gorgonzola & Granny Smith apple with grilled chicken. MUCH better than my last visit. My only complaint last visit was the lone thin slice of apple. That’s correct. ONE slice of apple. Perhaps the kitchen supervisor was new(?). Anyway, the salad was great. My friend had the rare grilled tuna sandwich. VERY good. My last visit, my MIL had the same & was also very pleased with her choice. We will continue to be regular patrons. The food & service are great. The brief tour of the garden/nursery is a nice distraction from LA traffic & the hustle of city life.

    Fantastic! The restaurant was all decked out for Christmas and I must say they did a magnificent job with the decor this year! Just beautiful from the outside through to the inside. We had a wonderful table by the window with a great view for miles and miles. Our server was the best; attentive and timely throughout our courses. Our cuts of prime rib were perfect and the sides delicious! The popovers were fully puffed and the fresh baked bread divine. Just a glorious late Christmas 🎄 dinner with good friend!

    We enjoyed an outstanding Christmas dinner dining experience. There were 16 in our party. Food was excellent, having a children’s menu was greatly appreciated, and our servers, Amber and Jessica, were outstanding…fun, professional, friendly and efficient.     Dined on Christmas Eve. Delicious food, felt a bit rushed, not knowing the kitchen was closing at 3:00. Totally understand, staff to go home and enjoy family. Would have been nice to have known while making our reservation.
