We had an exceptional dining experience at Jeff Ruby’s Carlo & Johnny, and our server, Ashley, made it absolutely unforgettable. We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for. We have been to Firebirds multiple times, but tonight was probably one of my favorites. The weather wasn’t great due to snow, so there was weren’t many people there. It was very laid back and quiet. Usually the restaurant is bustling, but tonight it was really relaxed. You don’t always get that, but it was definitely appreciated tonight!

Work meeting and picky steak eaters. Food quality was good as anyone in the city. Service was over the top good. Hostess to Server was awesome

We had a great evening. The service was excellent, great cocktails and the food was very good. We had a chance to interact with the manager and he was super nice & helpful regarding an issue we had with a catering order. Great night and great customer service.

I had made reservations months before and at the beginning of the week of our reservation, they announced the restaurant was permanently closing the night we were to be there. I was a bit concerned that the menu would be limited but the full menu was available. As I had previously heard, the food and service was fantastic. We had ordered the bbq chicken, pasta with scallops, ricotta bread and some drinks. The atmosphere was excellent and despite them permanently closing that evening, it felt like everyone wanted Red Feather to go out on top.
