best date night restaurant! (or any ocassion, really) service was fantastic and we got the prince combination meal

The food was wonderful and the service was perfect. Unfortunately, and it was not the restaurants fault, there was a table behind us with two children running all over and very loud. But because everything was so nice we tried to ignore it. I know the waiter tried everything he could to diffuse it.

North Pond is an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped in and gave our name at the host stand, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, with the beauty of Lincoln Park providing a stunning backdrop. Our server was knowledgeable and engaging, taking the time to walk us through the menu and wine pairings with care and enthusiasm. The tasting menu was nothing short of spectacular—each dish showcased the chef’s creativity and meticulous attention to detail. The flavors were inventive and harmonious, and the wine pairings elevated every course beautifully. My wife and I always cherish our time at North Pond. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience that lingers with you long after the evening ends. The restaurant is super cute. The music volume was a bit loud for a Wednesday due to the crowd, but i get if it was a Saturday with a busy crowd. Overall the food was great! The empanadas were fried to perfection almost pastry like. Will definitely go back in the summer

Lovely. We enjoyed the pizza with an unpronounceable name, the Bolognese, and a side of fire roasted veg. Each was excellent. The service was fast and pleasant. We sat in the front of the restaurant nearest the street and that was certainly quieter than the main dining room. We'll be back.
