We had the bacon wrapped scallops, house salad, grass fed bison ribeye with truffle butter, fried lobster (fried in beef tallow!) with jezebel sauce, button mushrooms and key lime pie. Everything was outstanding - as it always is. The presentation of the fried lobster was so creative! Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He checked with the kitchen to make sure there were no eggs in my menu selections. From start to finish, Charley’s, and Aaron, were exceptional. My wife, son, and I visited this location while staying at Boardwalk resort. We all enjoyed our meals and were impressed by the overall service provided by the wait staff especially Alessandro who went out of his way to make our evening enjoyable. The chef provided appetizers and limoncello dessert were delicious surprises. We can’t wait to return again!
