Such wonderful flavors! We especially enjoyed the snapper tartare, crab toast and pork chop. I enjoyed watching the kitchen at work as well. No one seemed frazzled or hurried. I can’t say thank you enough to the fantastic wait staff and wonderful chef (sous chef, etc). The experience was a joy from the very start until our departure. We enjoyed ourselves and relished every bite. If we had time to return and further explore the menu we would! Thank you, thank you for your kindness and care. But, last night you guys nailed. We had excellent service. Our waiter who had several tables did a great job in balancing them all and also the help from other staff members just made the experience that much better. Of course the food was amazing, we had the Squid for an appetizer which was amazing and then the wife and I both had the Elk Chop, which was amazing. The waiter convinced us to try the Bread pudding and wow, 3 for 3. We will definitely be back soon.
