Each dish made excellent use of plants and was well-plated. The taste was great and the service was highly professional and personalized. Each course was rich in texture and flavor. Our servers were gracious and great explanations of each course and wine pairing. My one critique—not enough to demote the 5-star rating—is that the pacing was a bit fast. Each course came almost immediately after the preceding one. It would have been nice to have a bit more time to savor each course and have a bit of time for coffee at the end.
