Come enjoy our authentic upscale Brazilian Steakhouse. We offer a unique experience where Gaucho Chefs carve tableside, premium cuts of fire-grilled meats including Picanha, filet mignon, lamb, pork & chicken. You will enjoy many choices of meats as you wish, and as many times as you wish. The delicious uniquely cooked and served meats are not the only intriguing part of the experience. Our market fresh salad table features various dishes made with local fresh produce. The salads are accompanied by several types of traditional Brazilian dishes such as Feijoada, beans, farofa and Brazilian rice. Traditional Brazilian accompaniment is served throughout each meal including cinnamon coated banana, Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) and caramelized grilled pineapple. Our restaurant also features Brazilian deserts such as mousse de Maracuja (passion fruit mousse) and many more.     My wife and I recently dined at Flame & Fire, and our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the restaurant's elegant and immaculate ambiance. Our server, Paloma, provided outstanding service, going above and beyond by asking if we had any special requests. Additionally, the general managers personally stopped by our table to greet us, which added a welcoming touch to our evening. The food was absolutely exquisite, showcasing both quality and flavor. Without a doubt, we will be returning, and I highly recommend Flame & Fire to anyone seeking an excellent dining experience.
