Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in North Haledon

Rails is normally an outstanding experience, as we have dined there numerous times before. We were there for Thanksgiving night and expected the same stellar experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our food was delivered very late, cold and the steak overcooked. However, I am still a huge fan, as the management did everything to make this right. Don’t know what the issue was, but we were treated as valued guests and the concern for our experience was real. We were well compensated for the less than excellent experience, so I will continue to give them the highest recommendation, as they really care about their customers and want to ensure a 5 star experience. Great restaurant with excellent food and friendly staff

You can never go wrong eating at Capital Grille. The food is always outstanding and the waiters are remarkable. We’ve eaten at other locations in different states but to us the Paramus location is the best. I had the New England Clam Chowder soup, the Lobster salad. My husband had the French Onion soup and the Steak Frites . We finished our meal with the cheesecake. Everything was absolutely delicious!

Our first time back to our favorite restaurant since Chef Greg took over, and he did not disappoint. The menu is a very nice balance of some Matisse favorites with some new, wonderful creations. The staff are first rate. We will be back.

Excellent food , nice and peaceful atmosphere. Waiters were attentive and very polite.
