Inspired by the market, Chef César Murillo utilizes exceptional ingredients at the height of their season. His tasting menu reflects the Arts & Crafts approach of the dining room - complex layers of subtle craft beneath a simple decorative style.     I was so happy we were able to get in last minute. We looked at reservations for tonight around 11 am, the only thing available was 9:15. Maybe 45 minutes later a 6:45 pops up and we were able to snag it. We had the short rib humus, whipped feta, hamachi, pork belly, steak & frites, fried halloumi and two kabobs. Perfect for all 4 of us hungry eaters. 100% will be back- if you can get in I highly recommend trying anything and everything on the menu. Service was impeccable. Food was courses perfectly and everything came out hot right out of the oven. If you have been to Bavel in LA you will love this “sister” in Chicago

    An incredible experience from beginning to end. The food was innovative yet familiar, and each dish was incredible. Our server was outstanding and her enthusiasm when describing the courses and our wine pairings elevated the entire experience. Service overall was comparable to 3+ Michelin starred restaurants. We didn’t expect it to be *this* great, but they’re definitely overachieving at North Pond. Can’t wait for a return visit!

    Hawksmoor is a wonderful addition to Chicago's dining scene! We first discovered Hawksmoor several years ago in London and quickly made it a tradition to have Christmas Eve dinner at their Seven Dials location before returning to the States from our annual holiday trip. This year, our travels brought us to London earlier than usual, so we were unable to continue our tradition there. However, since Hawksmoor Chicago opened, we’ve had the pleasure of dining here several times, and we were thrilled to continue our Hawksmoor tradition—not in London, but in Chicago—tonight! Everything about Hawksmoor Chicago is wonderful—the food, ambiance, and service are all exceptional. The portion sizes are just right, and the quality of the steak and all ingredients shines through in every dish. In a city brimming with steakhouses, Hawksmoor stands out for being unpretentious, fun, and consistently delivering a perfect night out. We’re so excited to have this piece of London here in Chicago, and we’ll definitely be back soon!
