Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in Bloor West Village

Amazing experience. We were seated at the bar. Food was amazing. Sam and each staff member we interacted with was phenomenal. Next time I will definitely aim to sit @ a table as it will inevitably provide a different experience.

First time Italian cuisine. Wine tasting is a bonus. I learmed a lot tonight. First tasting menu I tired ever with different groups of wine pairing on each dish by a certified wine specialist explaining how the pairing works and how they interwined. Thank you.

Excellent atmosphere. Definietly recommend. Its our second time there and again we came with our infant daughter and they were unprepared. They accommodated but only after they realized that their approach would hamper our childs safety and then they complied. Exact same thing happened the time before. Please train your staff to handle seating families with infants that will remain in their stroller basket. THe unprepared approach makes it a bit annoying.

The overall experience was great but our server has race issues. I was with 2 friends of mine who are white and I am black. She never asked me what I wanted and never spoke directly to me. My friends noticed it and they weren’t happy about it. The food was great. The restaurant was loud especially when the dj started playing. A little over priced for what we ate but in spite that I would come back but not be served by that particular server- very disappointed. When you are in the service industry you have to leave your prejudices behind because you don’t know who you’re serving and frankly it shouldn’t matter.

Pleasant Christmas lunch with friends! Waiter was very accommodating and even took a couple of photos for us!
