Best Restaurants for a Quick Bite in Little Haiti

Great place, located in the beautiful Miami’s Design District, offers excellent dining experience with a pleasant ambiance. The truffle fries and fresh salads are very good and the pasta dishes, grilled octopus, fried calamari with zucchini, and veal skirt steak are all exceptional. It is very hard to make up my mind!

This restaurant an excellent dinner choice because of its delicious food and the AMAZING customer service. Our waiter was Istvan, and he went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was PERFECT to include making a mocktail (strawberry-coconut mojito) and mayoketchup. Employees like Istvan and the lovely hostess that helped us is what sets apart establishments that are only focused on charging you for a meal or restaurants like Casablanca, where customer satisfaction is the #1 priority. I always thoroughly enjoy my experience at tap 42. My friends and I went super late on a Saturday. The service was still great even though it was close to closing time. Our server Rome was a delight. Very attentive and courteous. Food and drinks are always awesome. Highly recommend! Tap 42 will always be a go to for me.

Reservation was easy. Restaurant was within walking distance of our AirBNB. Breakfast was GREAT! Presentation of food on point. Our waiter was the best! Actually spotted location on Google Maps as the Restaurant lettering stood out. Pancakes were fluffy and I loved the fruit bowl. Our waiter even brought out the Tabasco sauce for my sauce when he heard he liked his food spicy. This restaurant cinematic history as well, since Scarface and Tony Montana part of it!! The Cadillac in front...NOSTALGIC. Definitely a thumbs up spot to go!!!
