Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in San Anselmo

Insalata’s never disappoints! I had the salmon tagine last night and it was incredible. Such an interesting medley of flavors and textures! I may have a hard time ordering anything else in the future.

Great service and a nice setting. But, 3 of us ordered pizzas and not a one found the crust tasty. It was soggy and droopy. The toppings were good, though! We sat on the patio which at 12:30 on a work day and it was very noisy. Glad to say that by 1:00 or so it had significantly quieted down sufficient for conversation at our large round table.

We have been coming to Angelino for many years and it is continues to be a fabulous dining experience and one of our favorites. Great ambience, gorgeous views, excellent service and the best Italian food. It is family owned and either Teresa or her mother are always welcoming. Wines by the glass are delicious and the pours are generous! And the best linguine vongole in the Bay Area! Our server Victor has been there for years and is so accommodating, happily bringing us several wines to taste. Prices are reasonable and the whole experience is outstanding.

Had a large party of 9 with a nice large table on the window with spectacular water views. Prices are a bit high for the portion size, but you are getting good value on your dining experience with excellent food, views, beautiful decor and attentive service.
