Absolutely outstanding. I have been to many restaurants around the world and would consider myself a foodie, and this is hands down the best restaurant in Toronto. Cannot go wrong at this place. Fantastic experience at The Tea Room in the Windsor Arms Hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff and delicious food. Couldn't finish it all but The Tea Room provided us with elegant take-away boxes which was a lovely way to carry the luxury/experience home with us. Wonderful place to spend or host a birthday as we did. Highly recommend.
