Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Cathedral City

This is one of the best dining experiences we have had in our 5 years in Palm Springs. For an elevated restaurant (which I include a handful of locations) my husband and I say Mr Lyons is at the apex. From the selection of food and wine to the ambience and friendly wait staff, this was an all-round enjoyable meal. We were not rushed. We dined outside in a quiet corner near the fire. Our server was diligent in making sure my husband’s meal was gluten-free (there were several choices). Come here for a special night out. You won’t be disappointed!

Superb service and the meal was magnificent. Been coming to this Steakhouse at the Aguas Caliente Rancho Mirage for the past 4 years I lost count how many times but if I had to guess at-least 20 times or more . Yesterday was the best service ever received everything was on point from the pineapple Infused Martini to the bread, lobster bisque, wedge salad and Filet Mignon and seafood mix grill. This was the 2nd time visiting Mikado and once again a great experience from the Waitress being quick, efficient during Service. The Chef at the table was great and engaged the entire table in a fun way. The Food was delicious from the Sushi we ordered as well as the Food we selected on the Grill. Overall, great experience and definitely coming back! Thank you Mikado Team!

Willie’s Modern Fare is simply excellency from beginning of experience to end experience. We dined for our Christmas Eve celebration for this review and previously for our wedding dinner last year and other times for just a great meal. This restaurant never disappoints. The owner is also always present and makes sure everything is in order and greets his guests personally. As for the food last night: The onion gratin soup is to die for…same for the filet, perfectly cooked and the baked alaska with cherry gelato inside, delicious. Service, impeccable Willie’s happy hour, brunch are the same high quality and service. He also offers an afternoon tea on Sundays i believe. I am a fan and if it isn’t the best restaurant in the greater Coachella area, it is one of the top 3

The waiter was very enthusiastic and the food was amazing per usual. We were disappointed that our table was not ready when we arrived when I think I made the reservation weeks ago. I did have a dog, but they didn’t seem to mind. There were plenty of tables outside and we ended up in the corner. A couple after us got a better table right in front of ours.
