Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Carol Stream

Our first visit to The Capital Grille was very enjoyable. Our party of six included the celebration of a 50th Wedding Anniversary! Our Cocktails, Appetizers, Soups, and Salads, along with a wide variety of Main Entrees were thoroughly enjoyed. Head Waiter Marco, and his staff, were very attentive. We were allowed to enjoy our visit at our own leisurely pace. Marco arranged for a special dessert in honor of the celebrating couple. Thanks Capital Grille!

A top tier, best bang for the buck, steakhouse. I had the ribeye, mushrooms, and a crab bisque soup. Wish the soup was twice the size. There was a pretty good crowd, especially for a Tuesday night. When I asked for a larger table, increased to 5 people, the staff took care of it without any issue. Table service was good. Great night out.

We love Beatrix. Today I met a friend for lunch. We had a great server that gave us time to catch up before ordering. We ordered the pistachio crusted white fish which was very tasty.

It was a very good dining experience. The food was good and the live music was fun and lively.

Beautiful brunch experience! From the engaging details of PUBLICO that were thoughtfully designed on the 1st floor space to the cozy “red glass room” which created a fun ambiance. The Latin American brunch menu which my church friend, Jan ordered a delicious double crab cake benedict with perfectly cooked poached eggs and a drizzle of hollandaise sauce complimented with roasted potatoes. I thoroughly enjoyed my order of the El Americano — eggs made to order (chose perfectly scrambled eggs), with 3 meats of sliced ham, maple bacon and chorizo sausage link along with those great roasted potatoes. Yum!!! Will definitely be back to try the dinner menu. Also service was very attentive by manager, Sandra, because we arrived for a late brunch at 1:30pm-2pm so there was just a few other tables. I think it was so new only 3 months open that this place — AltaVida! is a best kept secret because they haven’t done any advertising or promotion that they’re open for weekend brunch yet.
