A butcher before a steakhouse, we use every part of the animal. We care about every animal - how it lived, what it ate, and how it was cared for. Our 7,000 square foot space is located in the Downtown Commons Neighborhood (DOCO) in the lobby of The Sawyer Hotel. Situated on the bustling J Street corridor facing the Golden 1 Center main entrance. This was my first time at the restaurant. I see why Echo and Rig got many 5 start ratings. The service was top notch. All three of us loved our food. I really like the entire space. We will be back and tell our friends of the wonderful experience we had.

Delicious food, impressive covered outdoor area that’s well-insulated and thoughtfully designed (it feels like you’re inside the restaurant and we preferred it over the actual indoor area), and friendly and knowledgeable service! Portions are small and prices are high, but it was great quality and worthwhile overall. Highly recommend for a special occasion or date night!
