- SSiriaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAmazing experience. It was my first time and I had such a great time. Though busy, the ambience felt warm and inviting. It felt like being home with family. Our server Elona was a bit cold and stand offish but all others who touched the table - Kesha and Ciro were an absolute pleasure. Also a thank you to Erik. The food was delicious and plentiful, we had the seafood and squid ink pasta, the calamari. Also the Italian cheesecake and tiramisu were to die for. Would return.More infoTony's Di Napoli - MidtownPrice: Expensive• Italian• Theater District•4.8

They wanted to seat us at a tiny table and I’m 6”2 and 215 lbs. I did wait a little and got a decent table. The service was slow but we like to take our time so it wasn’t an issue. The special, chilled seafood salad with cucumber, cumin and crème fraiche was very special. The onion soup and pistachio terrine were as tasty as ever. My steak could have been warmer but the frites were nice and crispy. My partners duck a l’orange was nice but now what he expected. The flourless chocolate cake was as good as ever but served way before my partners almond tart. However the waitress was very accommodating and I did get a free glass of wine for the wait. The prices have gone up ALOT! I think $40 for a duck breast and steak frites is Al little steep for a casual French bistro, but again, that is the cost of dining in NYC.More infoL'ExpressPrice: Moderate• French• Gramercy Park•4.5
- RRoxanneNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI must echo the comments of anyone who calls the alderman a hidden gem. It is truly a little oasis in the hub of Times Square with some of the best food and service I’ve had in a long while. Everyone we encountered was professional, polite, friendly, relaxed, and service was on point at all times. A special shout out to Hersey at the bar and our server Ethan, who was just tremendous honest and very attentive, to the lovely manager, a young blonde woman whose name I forgot sorry. Had the perfectly prepared salmon and flirt steak entrees from the prix fixe menu plus ALL the other TASTY courses and they were very generous portions, very satisfying and a wonderful value. Cannot recommend this enough if you are going to a show or you just want to have an enjoyable evening dinner lunch or just a coffee from the front barista station. The ambience is warm and tasteful. Like sitting in a garden! Just terrific. You won’t be disappointed.More infoThe AldermanPrice: Moderate• American• Midtown West•4.3
