Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Windsor

Really loved this place, it has a cool vibe with a good atmosphere. Food was delicious, the wine was good and the service was great. We found it odd that we couldn't request certain things even though they had them, like jalapeños but add them to the top of the pizza. Apparently the chef can be really cranky on some days an will accommodate based on his feelings which doesn't seem fair. But overall highly recommend the food, atmosphere and drinks!!!

Popular place, good food, excellent service. Unfortunately, it's very loud. The place is apparently meant for fun and good times at volume, but not for conversation so we wound up shouting across the table.

The food we ordered was prepared perfectly and was so delicious. We had two appetizers, octopus with fave beans and capers and crab balls with caviar and sauce - both yummy; so glad we ordered them. My husband had the chicken Parmesan with pasta and I had the Italian burger..... we were bit contented. We were celebrating my honey's birthday. When I made the reservations on-line, I let them know it was his birthday. It was very special because when we were seated, the host wished him a happy birthday then our server came after and wished him a happy birthday as well. My husband was soooo surprised. As another surprise, they brought a cappuccino cup with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream with a lit candle and wished him a happy birthday. WOW; they went above and beyond. The ice cream was so creamy and actually the best vanilla bean ice cream I have ever tasted. Before we exited, my husband was so thankful, he went to shake our server's hand to thank him. So, we do recommend this place for the food and everything else. We appreciate our great evening at Grata Italian Eatery.

Food was delicious! Staff was attentive. Seating was cute and comfy.
