Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in King City

I had requested the front room as it tends to be less noisy. However, it was very cold, so next time unless it is summer, I would not request that room with its high ceilings.

Fantastic dinner tonight. We did the tasting menu which was a selection of the menu and each morsel was incredible. Highlight was the Bone Marrow and the luge finish with a shot of sherry for my daughter’s boyfriend. Perfectly executed! The Foie Gras Pintxo was my favourite. Incredible service that matched the food.

Fishbone is a delightful gem for seafood lovers and truly stands out as a must-visit spot for dining in town. The menu boasts an impressive selection of dishes, with the highlight being their market fish options—something you won’t find elsewhere locally. It’s clear they prioritize freshness and quality, and the flavors truly speak for themselves. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who were happy to make recommendations and ensure our experience was enjoyable. While the wine selection isn’t extensive, it’s well-curated, offering a decent range of options to complement the menu. The only slight drawback is the restaurant’s location, which feels a bit out of the way or less central than ideal. However, once you’re inside, the ambiance and culinary offerings quickly make up for any hesitation about the setting. If you’re looking for a great seafood experience with excellent service, Fishbone is the place to go. It’s a true local standout!

Consistently good food and a good time. The mushroom pasta is always a classic. Their menu is always changing with new additions. I do miss their fried potato appetizer.
