Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Our space is ideal for large groups, but also for families and couples. Were all about the pizza! Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato. With a small menu and a highly proficient owner chef this is now my favourite restaurant. It is a rare thing to be able to speak to the chef about your food preferences but Gu has quite a profile in the restaurant. He takes his food very seriously and has worked all over the world. We loved everything we ordered to include the Tuna/Scallop tataki and duck spring rolls for entree and shared the seafood Laksa. Food was excellent, fresh and we didn't walk out feeling guilty as it was all good. Love this restaurant for lots of reasons but mainly the wonderful food.
