- MMariahSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoFirst time dining here, I celebrated my 30th birthday. I received a sweet birthday postcard and had an AMAZING waitress named Sky. She was very kind, informative and just sooo sweet!! All of the food was beyond delicious. I have never been to a restaurant where I can say the food, service and atmosphere was all a 10/10. When I say everything was a 100/10, I am not being dramatic. We ordered about 7 or 8 dishes for the table and shared (between 4 people). Each bite was savory and melt in your mouth delicious. The drinks were yummy as well. I wholeheartedly recommend, I can’t wait to go back!!More infoKettner ExchangePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Little Italy•4.7

- IIngridVIPNew Mexico •26 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had reservations for an outside table; it ended up being a rainy evening and they were able to offer us a table indoors. For drinks, we enjoyed the Tempranillo and the Oaxaca Rosito, which is a Negroni with Mezcal instead of gin; it was luscious and smoky. As appetizers, we enjoyed the chips with a smoky orange and hot green salsas and the Tetala Mole Flight. The latter is a large triangular patty filled with potatoes and cheese, artfully topped with their three moles. It was so fun to taste all of their delicious moles. Our entrees were the Burris Ramen, with braised short ribs and noodles in a delicious broth; and a carnitas taco and a mushroom & cauliflower taco. Both were wonderful, and I appreciated that the tacos were ala carte. We shared the Chocoflan for dessert; this is flan atop a thin chocolate cake layer, topped with raspberry mousse and freeze dried strawberries, with passion fruit caramel on the plate. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. This was a refreshing change from typical Sonoran and Tex-Mex restaurants.More infoTahona BarPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Old Town•4.5
- KKathleenPhoenix / Arizona •5 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Simply put, one of the best meals I have had the privilege of enjoying! Delightful server, Calvin, was very in tune with the timing of our meal and our needs. The fixed menu was perfect for Christmas Eve, as it kept the meal flowing and decision-making to a minimum. Every course was delectable from the scallop crudo, the creamed mushrooms, and the sea bass, to the date cake with walnut ice cream! Mezcal hibiscus cocktail was creative and tasty, as well! I will definitely be back!More infoHerb & WoodPrice: Expensive• Californian• Little Italy•4.7
- CCatherineVIPLondon •12 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024Service at the bar was terrific! The bartender, Ruben, I think was his name, was friendly and made a great mocktail and terrific drinks. We each ordered three different tacos, which were excellent, but they took a little while to arrive… perhaps that’s because we had appetizers at the bar beforehand so I guess we expected the food to arrive a little quickly. Overall, a great experience with Mexican food.More infoPuesto at the HeadquartersPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Downtown•4.6
