- CCaroline DoyleVIPNew York City •15 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI am a native New Yorker and had never been here, but I had walked by it a number of times. It was truly a pleasure. I was with my mother who is in a wheelchair and they could not have been more gracious or accommodating. It is so difficult to find a handicapped accessible restaurant--one that doesn't have stairs or other obstacles--so I was thrilled to find that they had a ramp and clear access. Not only that, the staff was so nice and so welcoming and did everything to ensure that we were comfortable. They did not at all seem put out that we needed assistance. We were there for brunch and the food was excellent. I had eggs benedict with smoked salmon and my mother had a special steak sandwich. Both delicious. The good service continued throughout the meal. It was such an incredible experience I was so grateful.More infoCafe LuxembourgPrice: Expensive• French American• Upper West Side•4.8
- KKennethNew York City •36 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOur reservation was accurate and necessary;large dining area very busy. Table a little small but serviceable. Seating is comfortable but tables very close together. We conversed reasonably well through the competing voices of the surrounding tables. Service is excellent. Server listens carefully, never rushed, answered questions perfectly. Drinks arrived quickly and perfect; excellent cappuccino and the best Bloody Mary. Bourbon list did not include Knob Creek (bummer). The French Dip sandwich is wonderful. My wife enjoyed her veggie burger. We dined across from Lincoln Center. Perfect.More infoThe Smith- Lincoln SquarePrice: Moderate• American• Lincoln Square•4.6

- PPatriciaNew York City •40 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went to Fiorello's for a late supper after Lincoln Centre and had a most enjoyable time as usual. I had a selection of antipasto vegetable dishes: the Sicilian eggplant caponata was excellent, full of flavour; the roasted Brussels and the asparagus were also very good, making a tasty, filling and very healthy supper. My guest started with the short rib meatballs which were delicious. Unfortunately the dover sole she wanted was finished. She compromised with the lemon chicken picatta, thinking a similar lemon butter sauce might satisfy her desire, but was somewhat disappointed. Some of the chicken was a little tough and the sauce was very buttery and not lemony enough. We both had our usual desert: the lemon pie, which we love. The bar makes the best mohitos ever, perfectly muddled. Our waiter, Lyndon, was welcoming, cheerful and attentive. All in all a pleasant evening.More infoCafe FiorelloPrice: Expensive• Italian• Lincoln Square•4.7
