Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Newport

Had an awesome meal at Rosewood Social in San Juan Capistrano with my wife and daughter. We ordered the Chilean Bass, Coconut Curry with Tofu, and Braised Short Rib, and went family style. Every dish was spot-on—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Wrapped it up with their waffle croissant dessert, which was next-level good. Great food, solid service, and a cool vibe. Highly recommend.

We always look forward to dinner at the Craft House in Dana Point. The service is great and servers very friendly, always looking out for your needs. Always a first choice.😋

Waitress was a little confused and initially brought the wrong tea. She was apologetic and may have been new. My only complaint is there was a small dog at the table near us that was barking off and on. Felt they should have been asked to take the dog out of it couldn’t behave or stop barking. Luckily it was towards the end of our time there but feel bad for others who just got there. Other than that had a great time and enjoyed the food.

We had a great meal. We shared a great Caesar salad and the infamous double cut pork chop with fig glaze. Awesome!

You can’t beat Luciano’s for atmosphere, and when you can find a good Italian restaurant with veal parmigiana on the menu, you go for it! It’s what we might have called back in New Jersey “a classy joint!”
