- MMurielWisconsin •30 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday. There was a card on our table wishing us a happy anniversary. Our waitress, Kate, was friendly. helpful and knowledgeable. We started with fried calamari, which was prepared perfectly. My husband had the 4-oz filet mignon and I had the starter-size Nantucket scallops and a salad. Everything was beautifully prepared and presented. The view of the lake and the museum completed a perfect celebration event.More infoHarbor HousePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Milwaukee•4.7
- LLindsayVIPWisconsin •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had such a nice time on New Year’s Day at this local gem. Our waiter was the friendliest and we felt right at home and welcomed, especially on a holiday! Starting with the tater tots - these are amazing, homemade - and more like mashed potato consistency instead of shredded - they were so flavorful and the sauce was perfect! For the Brussels sprouts starter, we did think they were yummy - just wish that it wasn’t all deconstructed leaves (instead of the whole sprout) - it was still crunchy salty delicious! I ordered the salmon Main, which I did enjoy - everything was cooked perfectly. Salmon was juicy and well seasoned, the asparagus grilled and the pearled couscous had amazing curry flavors - which doesn’t seem like it would work with the lobster bisque for a base sauce- but it did! Highly recommend this place. Great ambiance, service and food.More infoThe KnickPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Milwaukee•4.7

- GGretchenWisconsin •8 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024We took our family to Buckley's for an after Christmas fine dining experience. It was wonderful! We were guided to our table upon entry to this beautiful spot. The decor is lovely: black and white upholstery on chairs and bolsters. Bluish-green walls and white trimmed woodwork. It is a very lovely place. We had the best waitress who was very conversational and friendly. She was a sommelier, as well and was very knowledgeable discussing wines with our two sons who really know wines. They picked out two bottles during the evening that were perfect for my tastes. She was also very attentive and moved the meal at a perfect speed. Our food was wonderful. We had a few starters--sourdough bread with chive butter and fried artichoke hearts. Very tasty and different. The entrees were the perfect size--not too much food. My son's steak was just right, my scallops dish was just what I wanted, my husband's salmon was delicious. Our other sons loved their meals, too. And desserts were fabulous!More infoBuckley's Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Milwaukee•4.7

Since moving from el país vasco this is as close as I’ll get to going back to northern basque coast. Worth every penny including the 18% inclusive tariff.
