The food was delicious, however, the chicken Melanese was disappointing as it was just a fried chicken breast toped with romaine lettuce. The Salmon looked amazing though and the brussels sprout appetizers were delicious.More infoSouth End ButteryPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• South End•4.4

- PPhoebeGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI visited on Valentine’s Day and loved the cozy ambiance with beautiful plant decorations. I ordered the 3 Valentine’s specials: the beet gnocchi, beet burrata, and cod dish, along with the cooked oysters. All were delicious though I was a bit disappointed with the beet burrata, as it had a very tiny amount of cubed beets and at first believed they forgot the beets on the dish. For dessert I had the tiramisu which was fantastic!More infoTerra - Eataly BostonPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Back Bay•4.3

We had the short ribs appetizer, duck ragout, and pork shank. The pasta for the duck was perfectly al dente. Everything had a nice presentation. We were full without being stuffed. The drinks were good (the old-fashioned was a little watered down) and, while we did not get a smoky drink, it was fun to watch other guests have them served up. The noise level was just right for date night. This was our first visit so I do not know if that was because it was all couples or if that is their normal sound level. We will definitely go back.More infoGlenPharmer DistilleryPrice: Expensive• Distillery• Franklin•4.6
