My friend ordered the chicken biscuit, and I ordered the S.E.C with parmesan fries. Annndddd, we had mimosas!!! Good friend, good times, it was truly a magical experience.More infoThe Goodyear HousePrice: Moderate• Southern• NODA•4.5

The food portions were great and it helped that we had an awesome server by the name of Jerimiah. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. We also enjoyed his signature drink! We will definitely be back once the weather gets better so we can enjoy the outside water view! Much success to this establishment:)More infoDrift on Lake WyliePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Belmont•4.7
- KKeithCharlotte •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThis visit was our first time eating at this restaurant (it was my birthday). The steak I had was cooked to perfection. This is the first time I’ve ever gone to a restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed steak. My spouse on the other hand, didn’t enjoy his. But we informed our waitress and she made it right. We both left happy and full. We will definitely make this restaurant one of our frequent spots.More infoOld Stone SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steak• Belmont•4.6
- HHalee-CatherineNashville •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFor Valentines, I wanted to do something outside of our usual routine. I had heard of Barristers and was like yep let’s drive to Gastonia! When we first walked into the hotel section, it seemed a little seedy(we saw some interesting folks walking into the hotel) but when walking into the actual restaurant the ambiance was incredible. Alyssa our server was extremely attentive to my multiple food allergies, and made great recommendations based on that, and I ordered items I might not have otherwise. The baked Brie was SO SO GOOD, and my boyfriend loved his swordfish. He is a little picky when it comes to restaurants and said he would actually want to drive all the way out there and come back. That is a really high vote from him! Would love to come back when it’s warmer and not raining, as it looked like they had a really pretty back deck area as well.More infoBarrister's at The Esquire HotelPrice: Moderate• American• Gastonia•4.7
- GGaryVIPCharlotte •29 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoJust had a killer night at Napa on Providence with a couple of friends. We snagged seats at the bar and dove into the harissa cauliflower, whipped goat cheese, and octopus. The harissa cauliflower had just the right kick, the whipped goat cheese with pickled beets and truffle honey was a creamy delight, and the octopus was tender and flavorful. Our server, Gigi, was on point—super friendly and knew her stuff. The vibe was laid-back yet classy, making it a perfect spot to unwind. If you’re looking for a place with great food, drinks, and atmosphere, Napa on Providence is a solid choice.More infoNapa on ProvidencePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Myers Park•4.6
