Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Garland

Waiter completely rushed us through dinner - hovering and asking us to make a decision on drinks appetizers and dinner within 5 minutes of us being seated. Explained we needed a minute to read the menu as we had never dined there before and asked for his recommendations. He literally came back 2 minutes later asking for a decision. The restaurant was almost empty as it was early on a Saturday night so I’m not sure why he was trying to push us through dinner. But even with us trying to stall and draw things out we were still done with dinner in less than an hour. For such an expensive restaurant I find this unacceptable especially when I told him three times to give us a moment. Food and atmosphere were excellent but service ruined the experience

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great food and service. Seafood tower, oysters Rockefeller, wedge salad, filet mignon then key lime pie for dessert. Every course was fabulous Will definitely be back

The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation. I also appreciated the cozy yet elegant ambiance of the restaurant—perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. Michael and his team clearly know how to create a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy another exceptional meal! Highly recommend Bistro 31 for anyone seeking top-notch food and service!
