- AAmandaNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFrom the moment we stepped into Opus, we were enveloped in an aura of warmth and sophistication. The ambiance was elegant and lively, the decor was modern and tasteful - just an overall beautiful vibe. But the true stars of the show were the service and the food. Our server, Juan, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations tailored to our preferences, as well as their specials, and catered to our allergy restrictions. Their service was seamless, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. And then came the food. Each dish was a masterpiece of culinary artistry. The seafood tower was plentiful - filled with king crab legs, lobster, oysters, and shrimp. The sushi was truly something else - we enjoyed an assortment of rolls. And let's not forget the crème brûlée donuts– heavenly. The perfect ending. Opus a true gem. I feel that Opus is underrated when comparing to the other Scotto restaurants, this location is my absolute favorite. The combination of exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and a captivating ambiance created an unforgettable dining experience for my family and I. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly memorable meal. Thank you to our server Juan and Tim the manager who made sure we were happy from beginning to end. We will be back!More infoOpus SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Jericho•4.7

- MmichaelVIPNew York City •113 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024We took two other couples tonight for their first taste of Testarossa. One couple from Florida and the other N Carolina. Everything ordered was received with “Wows, this is delicious, and I’ve never tasted octopus this tender”. Each pasta dish was extraordinary a very filling. Our dessert was simple-2 tartufos for the table with a plate of fresh whipped cream.More infoCafe TestarossaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Syosset•4.8

- DDavidVIPNew York City •42 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 20, 2024We sat at the bar and the bartender couldn’t have been more attentive. The service was top notch. The food was very good. The octopus could have been tenderized a little more. Burrata was supposed to have heirloom tomatoes, but came with just regular Roma tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. I get it, heirlooms are out of season, but don’t keep it on the menu. Gnocchi was very flavorful but a little gritty. No espresso for the end of the meal so our bartender made espresso martinis. They were excellent. Overall, great date night. We will return.More infoOak and VinePrice: Expensive• American• Glen Cove•4.1
