Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Exeter

This was our third visit and it will not be our last. Food was very tasty and there was a good choice available on the menu. They have recently refurbished too, and this was done really well. Will look forward to our next visit when we are in the area again.

Visited a number of times and always found it a pleasant experience. Today it was crowded, so a little noisy, but you can’t blame the restaurant for that. All-in-all, highly recommended.

Excellent Sunday roast with the family. Good beef perfectly cooked, and excellent service and very good value. We used to come regularly in the middle of winter for Sunday roasts. £2.0o a head in those days but it was 45 years ago!! Set menu Beef/ pork/lamb, rotated each week, and jugs of beer on the table!

So gutted that this restaurant is closing soon. We enjoyed our last meal. We have had some fabulous lunches and dinners here over the years. Thank you.
