The food and wine were delicious and everything arrived to the table in a timely manner, without the feeling of being rushed. The service was attentive but not intrusive. - LLaurenNew York City •16 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoDinner was delicious. The meatballs reminded me of meatballs that I had in Italy… All dishes we ordered were plentiful and there was enough to have again for a second meal. Only complaint I had was that our table was by the window and it was a bit chilly but we sucked it up and didn’t ask to be reseated elsewhere when tables started to open up. We will definitely return again. The pizza looked delicious too!!More infoPietro's of East MeadowPrice: Moderate• Italian• East Meadow•4.9
- KKRISTOFERVIPNew York City •20 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 20, 2024Salt & Barrell is a combination of great food and great service with an energetic vibe. Whether it's the host, the manager or the server, everyone who works there is super friendly, and very accommodating. The menu evolves, so going regularly doesn't create monotony. The drinks are phenomenal, and their whiskey menu (The Bible) is extensive. They could use a little improvement on the wine list (which is very small, with not a lot of good options), but you can easily get past this. Salt & Barrell is by far one of the best restaurants in Bay Shore, and worth a visit.More infoSalt and BarrelPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Bay Shore•4.7
