Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Streeterville

The food at RL Restaurant was absolutely amazing—every dish was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The ambiance was also beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere for dining. However, I think it would benefit more if it were just reservations-only. It’s a small space, and it was overly crowded and quite loud, which took away from the otherwise great experience. With fewer walk-ins, it could be even more enjoyable for guests.

Old school Italian restaurant. The entrees were excellent and good portions. I wish they served fresh bread instead of the subpar rolls.

My husband and I have moved to the Asheville, NC area and only come back to the Chicago area once a year to see family. We have been missing Quartino, especially because they can accommodate my lactose intolerance. This year, we decided that we had to go to downtown Chicago just so we could go the Quartino and Eataly. It was even worth the horrible traffic getting downtown!

A friend suggested this place. Foods were absolutely amazing. Service was top notch and I will visit again when I am in town next time.

Food excellent as always, and our server was very helpful. The turkey French dip, my go to sandwich, was delicious. Great take on a classic. It can get a bit loud at lunchtime.
