- JJohnNew Mexico •11 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe dined on a Monday for our anniversary. We received friendly excellent service throughout the meal. The fried oyster appetizer was superb, the roasted beef salad was delectable. The halibut was perfectly cooked with a crust and flaky and tender and moist interior. The mustard greens were paired on the plate with the fish. Despite an unusual side these were some of the best that I’ve had outside of Alabama and worked perfectly with the delicate flavors of the fish. With dessert and wine our tab was $124 before tipsMore infoBiga on the BanksPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.9
- CCarlaVIPSan Antonio •8 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoEnjoyed a nice meal among the beautiful holiday decor of Hotel Contessa. Patio seating is available under the lights of the riverwalk, adjacent to marriage island. Steaks were delicious Japanese Akaushi beef cooked to perfection and the creme brulee is a must. Valet parking will be validated for all Ambler patrons and if you are lucky, the ducks will visit on the patio.More infoAmbler - Texas Kitchen + CocktailsPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.3
- BBlakePortland / Oregon •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoI had a wonderful solo dinner last night at Pharm Table! I'm staying nearby for a conference in San Antonio and study food as medicine. I can only say that Pharm Table perfectly represents what food as medicine is: nutrient-rich, seasonally-available, and diverse. I wish I had come to the restaurant a bit hungrier (and with others!) so I could taste more than the three dishes I ordered. The cocktail I had tasted delicious and was obviously made with attention to flavor balance. I sat outside with a blanket and heater, enjoying the time alone before other parties joined with well-curated light jazz and low (but adjustable) lighting at the table. Without a doubt, Pharm Table is a must-go restaurant in San Antonio and is easily walkable from downtown and the Convention Center. Thank you for a fantastic night!More infoPharm TablePrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Downtown•4.7

- DDavidTahoe / Reno Area •2 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 6, 2024The waiter was very nice, but not very skilled. Four people looked for the wine that I ordered off the wine list for over 15 minutes and then finally gave up and asked me to order something else. The only thing we ate was the ceviche and it was very goodMore infoOstra at Mokara Hotel & SpaPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown•4.7
