Indulgent, and we’re very glad to have treated ourselves. We selected omakase, and only had to decide what to drink. The evening proceeded smoothly, and we left three hours later, like the cat that caught the mouse.

Our server never rushed us, but checked in on us as needed. We had delicious paella and savored a long meal. We appreciated that they let us stay for a long time without rushing us out.

I booked this reservation for my daughter and her husband to celebrate her 28th birthday. I sent a note ahead of time letting the restaurant staff know and they were very timely in responding back stating they would make her experience special. Well I’m so very pleased to report back that they both had an AMAZING night! They stated the food was fabulous however, even better was how they were treated by your entire servers/team. Thank you Rose Mary staff as I truly believe she had a very memorable birthday this year all because of your attention to detail and for going above and beyond. Absolutely incredible!! Had a wonderful Valentine’s Day 2025 dinner at Prasino. The snowy Chicago weather meant it wasn’t overly crowded, making for a cozy and intimate experience. The ambiance was excellent, and while the entrée selection was somewhat limited, every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. Service was attentive and professional. Highly recommend for a date night or a business dinner!

Warm, comfortable setting, attentive service, and always excellent food. Equally suitable for a family or a romantic dinner. We’ve eaten at Trattoria 225 for many, many years—and it never disappoints!
