Every dish was a masterpiece, both in presentation and flavor. The octopus was an absolute standout, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The menu offered a great variety, with something to satisfy every palate, and it was clear that fresh, high-quality ingredients were a priority. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional value. The portion sizes were generous without compromising on quality, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the level of care and craftsmanship that went into each dish. Start to finish, everything is always exceptional. Tony, Bona and the crew are just unparalleled on their service. Honestly, Vincotto might be one of the best restaurants in NJ. Warm and intimate lighting, great music and such nice vibe. Always a pleasure to dine.
