Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge. Regan was great taking care of us. Food was hot and prepared correctly. Would suggest noting in menu that the tuna tostados are cold, not warm. They were very good, just did not expect them to have cold tuna. Both floor manager and Regan checked in with us the right amount of times to ensure we had a great experience. Ribs and steak and Tuna steak were all very good!
