Best Lunch Restaurants in Siesta Key

The food and ambience were top notch, however, our server, Lucy, was the best part of our night. She was kind, informative and extremely accommodating! We had the most amazing dinner and even better service and we cannot wait to come back!!

Rosemary and Thyme consistently delivers an enjoyable dining experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We really like Duval's. We got there just before the end of Happy Hour and our server, Jen, volunteered to keep our 2nd glasses of Chardonnay in the chiller for us until we were ready for them. What a great deal -- Happy Hour prices paid for Happy Hour wine ordered before 6:00 but consumed later. Since Swordfish was not on the Fresh Catch menu (and I love the way Duval's does Swordfish), we decided to share a few appetizers. Always a good choice and always delish. It was a delightful night dining outside in their Parklet. We are so happy that Sarasota voted to continue to allow them even after the COVID-19 pandemic ended.

Three of us shared 3 cold and 2 hot dishes. All were very good but we particularly enjoyed the gnocchi (outstanding, we ordered a 2nd serving) and the heirloom tomatoes. In addition, we recommend the tuna and the amatriciana. The spicy noodles were not particularly spicy, though they were tasty. It was a very pleasant dinner and we enjoyed!

What most distinguished our experience was our waitress Alyssa, who outperformed. I’ve been a server in the best restaurants in Santa Fe and Boston and can say that she was excellent, thoughtful, and knowing. It was also nice that Kaitlen checked on us and made sure we were happy. Food was terrific and the wine deal for lunch is unbeatable. Also, Alyssa was perfectly charming.
